How do I unistall the Microsoft Edge "Update"

How do I uninstall the Microsoft Edge "Update" on my computer?  I accidentally installed it and I don't even use Microsoft Edge.  I know I can't uninstall Microsoft Edge, but hopefully I can at least uninstall the Update.  It really, really stinks Microsoft forces people to have Edge on their computer because it just takes up storage space, slows your computer down and the browser tracks your surfing history.

    Same here.  Edge was ok until the very last update and it removed features I often used.

    Do you suppose doing a "backup" would uninstall the latest update???

    It allows me to uninstall updates except for the very last one installed about a week ago which really changed things.  I don't even get the 'modify' button to do anything.
