How to remove the Unknown Locale(qaa-latn) language

Hi. After I updated the Windows 10 ,there is a keyboard selection on the keyboard list called Unknown Locale (qaa-latn).I don't know what is that stuff and why is it displayed there. Can anyone tell me what is that and how can I remove it. Thank you.

Hello,

I used this commands on powershell and it worked. It basically keeps the chosen keyboards, so others (qab-latn, qaa-latn, ...)  should disappear. 

First right-click on powershell and run as administrator, then type:

> Get-WinUserLanguageList

> Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US, fa

> Y

(You don't need to be careful about capitals. choose your needed keyboards, mine were English and Persian)

    In my case it was qad-Latn, and no other proposed solution worked until I did smth similar.

    In Registry Keyboard Layout preload I found key d0010409 which does not correspond to the codes I need for English and Bulgarian (here are the codes https://www.itprotoday.com/windows-78/how-do-i-configure-default-keyboard-layout-during-login).

    I removed this key everywhere in the registry, including everything related to 10409 and keyboard.

    Removed everything from Keyboard Layout Substitutes, restarted, and the QAD finally disappeared!
