Windows 10 crashes after installing latest AMD graphics drivers

Hi,

I did a fresh install of windows 10 on my laptop. When I try to install the AMD graphics drivers, windows freezes. After force shutdown and restart, windows freezes on the login screen.

Then, if I boot into safe mode and disable the AMD drivers, then it runs fine. But, enabling the drivers again causes the same issue.

The driver for the integrated graphics works fine.

I ran the dism commands for ScanHealth and RestoreHealth. There was no error.

I ran sfc /scannow. There was no error

Laptop: Lenovo Z51-70

Processor: Intel i5 5200U

Integrated GPU: Intel HD Graphics 5500

GPU: AMD R9 M375

    Hi I have the same problem and mine is a laptop too.

    I have tried every possible thing and every solution existing in the Internet, non of them works and I can't Install AMD driver.

    If any one has a solution please inform us.

    Same here. Dell Inspiron 7520. The latest AMD Radeon drive crashes Win 10. Even if I disabled the AMD card and use the internal graphic card, it still crashes out when the Windows 10 upgrade 1903 runs. So I am stuck with the old version of Win 10 :( . Can someone help?

    I also have Dell Inspiron 7520 SE. 

    Go to safe mode, Disable your AMD graphics auto driver update from windows, and then uninstall any graphic driver from AMD in device Manager. 

    Use only your internal graphic driver, until AMD/Microsoft decides to fix this.

    I have the same problem with HP Laptop and 8670M graphics card  and integrated intel HD 2004 using Windows 2004.

    As soon as I install in any way the drivers (windows update, directly from device manager, manual downloads), both old and new ones, it crash.

    So I think that has to be something related with Windows 2004. I cleaned, uninstalled,  reinstalled every VC Runnable, net framework and run DSMI and SCAN command that they suggest in the official and no official web pages and it is sill not working. Also updated the Intel drivers as someone suggested it in AMD forums for Laptop problems.

    You can install the drivers in safe mode and it won't crash. Also in the device manager you can see the graphic card loaded as normal, but at soon at you try outside safe mode it will crash windows right away.

    So clearly the problem is with Windows 2004 and the drivers itself.

    If anyone has any clue please let me know.
