Yes we must manually install drivers. before OS auto update it. It still works fine in my case. with hd 7870.

Hi,
I did a fresh install of windows 10 on my laptop. When I try to install the AMD graphics drivers, windows freezes. After force shutdown and restart, windows freezes on the login screen.
Then, if I boot into safe mode and disable the AMD drivers, then it runs fine. But, enabling the drivers again causes the same issue.
The driver for the integrated graphics works fine.
I ran the dism commands for ScanHealth and RestoreHealth. There was no error.
I ran sfc /scannow. There was no error
Laptop: Lenovo Z51-70
Processor: Intel i5 5200U
Integrated GPU: Intel HD Graphics 5500
GPU: AMD R9 M375

Which GPU do you have? Did you try my solution?

2021-05-18T18:49:58+00:00 I have resolved the issues. I used DDU and uninstall my all Graphic cards and re-install all Graphic cards driver manually. Then i used "DisplayPort" to connect the monitor. it works well now. if you have AMD Redeon Graphic card in Intel CPU, then please "DisplayPort" to connect the monitor rather than HDMI post.
