I also have the same question. I need PC Accelerate OFF!!!!! My computer.

Did you try uninstalling the program in Safe Mode/Safe Mode with Networking?

Any new browser extensions or items in startup that need removing?

How u can delete this is press the 4 windows (the windows bar) and press r on your keyboard go to programs and features and click Silverspeedup then click uninstall

It is listed under a pseudo name. They give it a different name in the file to trick you into thinking it's not in your computer.

I found it under my files as "silverspeed up".

when i click uninstall it asking if i would like this app to make changes, i click no, it not uninstall. should i allow changes? by clicking yes?
