how do you remove PC Accelerate in windows10?

PC Accelerate pops up each time I turn my computer on. 

I also have the same question. I need PC Accelerate OFF!!!!! My computer.

Did you try uninstalling the program in Safe Mode/Safe Mode with Networking?

Any new browser extensions or items in startup that need removing?

Adwcleaner should remove it: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

    If you hit ctrl-alt-delete when the pop-up window is open, you will see the name of the actual program you want to uninstall. 

    I forget exactly what it was, but it started with a W.

    On my computer when i try and un install it it says that it wants to access something and doesn’t allow me to get rid of it
