Did EVERY GD thing and finally - the resolution was the BIOS update. Camera is now working. Lenovo is Chinese junk.

Hi community. After reading some members having similar issue, I have tried some of the suggested fixes, such as activating camera through F8 (nothing happened), Checking Privacy and Permissions setting in Lenovo Vantage app (all ok), and also in Device Manager I tried Updating Drivers, Disabling/Enabling camera, Un-installing and Re-installing camera.
I have then removed Lenovo Vantage app.
No success. I tried the camera app and Skype, and still getting just a black screen instead of the camera view.
Appreciate any help with this issue.

2020-08-27T23:47:12+00:00 Hi guys! Please watch my video i made yesterday. I actually had the same problem with my friend's Lenovo s340 Camera when he/she asked me to fix it. I watched many videos and search over in internet but didn't solve it.

I am too facing the same problem. Did all suggested by support team, still the camera light is not blinking. fn8 key also does not on the camera.
In current scenario, we need the camera post as we need to interact more online .
Please help..
