my camera is in black and white. How do I change it to color?

Thanks for your response.  I guess I have to do that even though I hate having to wipe off everything and starting from scratch.  Except for this problem, I love the laptop.  I'm debating if its no big deal living with black and white.

I just discovered the black and white problem today, but I think it had been going on for a week or so.  It seems like its more the coincidence that its Lenovo laptops.  I just sent a email to them, I'm wating to hear back.

You should also call them on the phone.  They will, with your permission, gain access to your laptop and perform different test and maybe, unlike me, they will solve your issue.  Let me know if they do.

Hi..  I had the same problem after installing Windows 10 2004 update..

I did all the suggestions above without success..  Then I went to device manager, camera, properties and selected to rollback camera driver, then rebooted the PC and the issue was fixed.  It seems the new 2004 driver has an issue.

I tried what you said but my "rollback" choice is there but it is not active where I can click on it.  Should I click on remove device?  Would that help?

Today, when I turned on my computer, there was a message of an update to windows 10.  The update was done and it rebooted my laptop.  Lo and behold, now my camera works in color.  I didn't do anything and now it works.  To all with the same problem, download the updated windows 10 and maybe your camera will work again in color.  Good luck and let me know if it did.  Thanks to all who tried to help me.
