    Thanks a bunch JeroBanuelos. :):) Its really weird solution but it fixed color problem of my integrated camera

    This helped me too - actually it was enough to go to camera settings in Skype for Business and click "Default" button.

    I know the feeling.  Go to the Skype app. (If you don't have it, download it)  Then go to its settings and turn the camera to color.  Don't ask me why, but this should solve the problem.  Many, many of us have or had that problem and I don't know why Lenovo, who must be aware of this problem since it is so common, doesn't fix it.  I hope you get the color back.
