    I had the same problem and solved it by the following method:

    1)Go to the device manager

    2)click on camera and then right click on the integrated camera(or whichever your active camera) that comes in the drop down menu.

    3)Click on Update Driver and let it search the update by itself

    The black and white camera problem is not Lenovo-specific I believe, in my case the laptop is a Dell Latitude 5590 from work.

    Do you have skype?  If so use that program to fix that problem

    Open Skype and change camera settings from there.
