Please make a section with pre-made play lists based on moods/activities/etc. I like streaming from my phone but I don't enjoy making playlists!
Thanks

Hello, Insiders! We’re releasing an important update for Microsoft Groove to the Store just for you! Version 3.6.1886.0 of the Groove app will be available later today. We can’t wait to hear what you think about it.
So what’s in this update? Groove is now truly universal on Windows 10 across mobile and PC. The build you’ve been using on mobile is now the same build you’ll get on PC going forward. For those of you who’ve asked if the PC version of Groove would ever get features like gapless playback, today’s the day! We are very proud of this milestone and look forward to the increased velocity this change will bring as we work down our backlog.
This update represents another first for us – we’re publishing the update for Insiders before sending it to the Store for everyone. We’re flexing the app flighting rings for the first time and plan to push out today’s update as follows:
Here’s what we’ve added to the universal app since the last update:
We’re tracking below known issues that will be fixed in a future OS flight:
Thank you so much for all the feedback you’ve provided. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to work together to make Groove great. See ya in the Feedback Hub!

- You’ll see “Unknown Artists” less often in your collection because the app looks at both song artist and album artist metadata.

Sorry, but Groove still refuses to look at song artist metadata in FLAC format tracks, and displays "Unknown artist" instead:
Absolutly agree...
Moreover, music lovers like us, that have big music library with thousands of albums... dont't understand a music player without a song rating system that help us to manage our playlists or filters, like in the old WMP... or itunes
If I do not have this functionality... it's not a useful application and I'll have to find another ... but I rather prefere to be implemented this funtion in order not to search other application, as phone sync it's very important...
C'mon... it's a simple and easy function...
Also agree. In addition, either make Groove look and behave like Windows Media Player, or let Windows Media Player (or any Media Player for that matter) play Groove subscriber downloads. You know, like you used to let us do with Zune. Man, Zune was perfect in every way. And you lobotomized it for what??? I can't use Groove to view composers, for example, but I can with Windows Media Player. I'm not breaking the DRM rules by playing the content with WMP. Why did you take it away Microsoft? I will never understand removing features from a product and thinking customers will be happy with that decision.
Hi
I'm concerned that after three weeks of contact with the Groove team I still don't have an answer as to why my Groove music app on my Surface Pro 4 will still not recognize any music that I purchase via my Groove Music pass. It appears on my 950xl, my Xbox One and the web player but absolutely no sign on Surface. Nobody on the team seems to be able to engage with an answer and I'm left paying for a service that isn't working as promised.
I'd love to be able to use the service but nobody can seem to help me out.
