Error 0x800f0922 for 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4532695)

Good afternoon, 

I am beyond frustrated trying to fix this issue and I'm not a computer person.  this is the information that comes up when I run the above suggested diagnostic.  Any sight on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate.

VBabooshka, yours is a UEFI install, I say, because it has that 128 MB System Reserved partition. To be certain, try "BCDEdit" at an Administrator Command Prompt. In the Windows Boot Manager, it must mention EFI twice in the Path. As your EFI partition is partition 2, I expect your Device will say "HardDiskVolume2"...

(1) Type "CMD" into the Search bar, & click "Run as Administrator".

(2) Enterthe following commands...

(1) Well, your EFI on Disk 2 has the right Type code. And even its Attribute looks fine. All 4 partitions look good in type, size & order. And your ReagentC names the right disk & partition to hold the RE (Recovery Environment)...

(2) But is there another EFI on Disk 0 or Disk 3? That too could be problematic when doing an update. Let's See...

(a) Copy/paste does an injustice to it. Can you say whether those asterisks are under DYN or GPT? Yours is a UEFI install, so Disk 2 should be GPT (GUID Partition Table). It would be strange otherwise.

(b) And another thing: Where is Disk 1? (But I guess that likely is OK.)

HardDiskVolume1, I used to say, was the first partition of Disk 0 (or whatever the first disk is). But now I think it is the first partition of the disk that is booted. That would mean you are booting directly to Disk 2 from BIOS (unless there is also an EFI on Disk 0). That is a problematic way to boot Windows. It leads me to suspect you have two complete installations of Windows plugged in at once. That is bad when there is a reboot (to complete an install) during an update. If you want to dual-boot Windows, there is another way to do it. Plugging in two complete installations is wrong. I believe. Let's see a full BCDEdit...
