JohnTimmermans1, I see nothing wrong in what you show...
Partition ### Type Size Offset
------------- ---------------- ------- -------
Partition 1 Recovery 300 MB 1024 KB <<<Old recovery partition probably empty now
Partition 2 System 99 MB 301 MB <<<EFI System partition
Partition 3 Reserved 128 MB 400 MB <<<MSR (Microsoft Reserved) partition
Partition 4 Primary 231 GB 528 MB <<<Windows (C:)
Partition 5 Recovery 450 MB 232 GB <<<New Recovery partition (comes with new Windows)
And the Detail Part of EFI looks fine...
Partition 2
Type : c12a7328-f81f-11d2-ba4b-00a0c93ec93b <<<That's correct
* Volume 2 FAT32 Partition 99 MB Healthy System <<<That's correct
Your problem must lie elsewhere. Do you have another drive connected that has another EFI? Multiple EFI partitions (or even System Reserved partitions) could cause confusion when Windows reboots, especially a reboot during an update.
