Error 0x800f0922 for 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4532695)

Let me know if this image is good enough, it looks small in the preview, if it's unreadable I can post a hyperlink to an image host.

The RAW partitions are encrypted, disk management doesn't know what to do with them, other than that I don't see any issues.

Could it be the 100MB system reserved partition on disk 4? I really don't know and that's part of the problem, especially when I try to troubleshoot the BCDedit issue.

(1) Let's see a "right-click START, Disk Management". Use the divider lines in the header to make it readable. Make a picture, then insert it....

(a) Press Shift+WinKey+S, then use the mouse to outline your snip.

     When the outline is completed, the snip is made.

(b) Click the notification (that the snip was made) in Action Center.

     The snip will reopen into Snip & Sketch. You may draw on it.

(c) Then click its Save icon (top, right). It will save into the Pictures folder.

(d) Finally, click the Insert Image icon (2nd from right) above your post to insert it.

(2) But I'm not sure I'll be able to figure this one out.

(a) BCDEdit should work & show the BCD that normally is in a system partition.

(b) I don't see a system partition on disk 2. Maybe it's on one of the other disks.

(c) I see two MSR (Microsoft Reserved) partitions, but think only one is normal.

Any/all of those could be preventing the update from happening.

(3) Set ID won't work on an MSR partition. That much is hinted in the help file. You shouldn't want to convert one into an EFI system partition, anyway.

Hi PCR, thanks for sticking around on this thread for so long to help. As usual for my issues, I'm getting errors that are completely unique to my own system, hoping it's something you're ran into before.
