SS3svc32.exe popping up on startup?

Hi all! So, for the past few days when I start my laptop the file SS3svc32.exe keeps popping up and trying to make changes. It pops up twice (I click no both times) and then stays away until next startup. I looked at the file location and it's with a program 'Sonic Suite 3' which I don't remember downloading and when I went to Apps in Windows Settings neither are listed. Is there a way for me to remove it? Thanks!

Wow, 8 pages of this.  

Did anyone ever think to go to the manufacturer of the motherboard and see if they have an updated audio driver?  Maybe one that fixes the problem instead of trying to find some wacky work around?  

I ask because I found this after deciding I had enough of that damned popup:

Now, I am no computer guru or anything, but I figured that someone, somewhere might have an actual fix for this problem since Microsoft doesn't fix problems with other people's software causing conflicts with theirs.  That's a long known truth about them.  So instead of trying to change registry values or downloading another program that "fixes" problems just do the simple thing folks.

That is *ONLY* for the Motherboard *I* have.  So don't go downloading the same one unless you have the same motherboard.  I hope this helps at least someone out there.

    I checked the SS3Svc32Run and SS3Svc64Run MS Task Scheduler tasks and tried removing the highest rights and run them - both caused UAC prompts

    It then annoyed me that the Run Hidden, Configure for was set to Windows Vista, WIndows Server 2008

    Checking the options, it had a Windows 10 setting, so I set it thinking it was more correct

    Running the tasks now cause no UAC prompt - will see if the prompt at startup is still there

    One thing though - the tasks appear to launch without prompt, but stays in "running" status - not sure if this is correct behaviour, since it was not a problem until the sep.2019 Windows 10 update

    OK - it did not help - the UAC prompts stil happen at startup

    Its only the tasks which no longer complain, when launched from the task manager...

    Yes but the problem is that running ss3svc32.exe will reset tasks to defaults with Hidden ON + Win 7, 8.

    same here on 2 PC's since the last Windows update beginning of October 2019. 

    every updat seems  to bring new irritating issues that takes a lot of time to solve
