SS3svc32.exe popping up on startup?

Hi all! So, for the past few days when I start my laptop the file SS3svc32.exe keeps popping up and trying to make changes. It pops up twice (I click no both times) and then stays away until next startup. I looked at the file location and it's with a program 'Sonic Suite 3' which I don't remember downloading and when I went to Apps in Windows Settings neither are listed. Is there a way for me to remove it? Thanks!

Did anyone ever think to go to the manufacturer of the motherboard and see if they have an updated audio driver? Maybe one that fixes the problem instead of trying to find some wacky work around?

I ask because I found this after deciding I had enough of that damned popup:

Now, I am no computer guru or anything, but I figured that someone, somewhere might have an actual fix for this problem since Microsoft doesn't fix problems with other people's software causing conflicts with theirs. That's a long known truth about them. So instead of trying to change registry values or downloading another program that "fixes" problems just do the simple thing folks.

That is *ONLY* for the Motherboard *I* have. So don't go downloading the same one unless you have the same motherboard. I hope this helps at least someone out there.

ATM there is only one workaround: disable autorun of Sonic Studio 3 and re-add it through Task Scheduler...

This worked for me. I have Windows 10 64bit. I no longer get the popup on start-up asking for permission. Also, ever since this thing started popping up, my Corsair K95 RGB keyboard would no longer light up. And when I went into my Corsair iCue software (formally known as Corsair Link), it detected no devices. Since taking these steps, my keyboard now automatically lights up on start-up and when I go into the iCue software it's now detecting my Corsair keyboard, RAM sticks and Cooler.

This issue may have also been the culprit behind audio issues I had while video conferencing with Skype. Lately, I've been forced to use Zoom, so hopefully this corrects that issue as well.

I no longer have it installed on my system, just the Realtek Audio Console. There have been some messages regarding audio enhancements being disabled but I never knew what they were referring to.

The service, NahimicService, is involved with the ability to open the Sonic Suite window so check if it is running or not and how it is set to start on your systems.

If you have Autoruns available, you might see something like the following.
