SS3svc32.exe popping up on startup?

Hi all! So, for the past few days when I start my laptop the file SS3svc32.exe keeps popping up and trying to make changes. It pops up twice (I click no both times) and then stays away until next startup. I looked at the file location and it's with a program 'Sonic Suite 3' which I don't remember downloading and when I went to Apps in Windows Settings neither are listed. Is there a way for me to remove it? Thanks!

Wow, 8 pages of this.  

Did anyone ever think to go to the manufacturer of the motherboard and see if they have an updated audio driver?  Maybe one that fixes the problem instead of trying to find some wacky work around?  

I ask because I found this after deciding I had enough of that damned popup:

Now, I am no computer guru or anything, but I figured that someone, somewhere might have an actual fix for this problem since Microsoft doesn't fix problems with other people's software causing conflicts with theirs.  That's a long known truth about them.  So instead of trying to change registry values or downloading another program that "fixes" problems just do the simple thing folks.

I found the answer for my motherboard right on their page here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/

That is *ONLY* for the Motherboard *I* have.  So don't go downloading the same one unless you have the same motherboard.  I hope this helps at least someone out there.

    There is no error. Ssv3svc32.exe requires admin rights hence the UAC requester. ASUS, using a trick in Windows 10 pre KB4517211, was able to run it without UAC prompt at startup but this trick stopped working after that KB.

    That guide is not very useful since you simply disabled it from running at all on startup (removed enhanced audio effects), moreover you don't need to download Autoruns: you can disable startup apps from Task Manager too under Windows 10.

    ISSUE SOLVED

    For a minimal installation all you have to do is download this recent package from ASUS*, and just extract the SonicSuite sub-folder.

    Then run the 3 setups inside in this order: Studio 3, Radar 3, FineTuning Tool 2. No need to uninstall first previous versions.

    ... and finally everything will work fine again as expected, with SS3 running on startup in background and no more nagging UAC requester opening Sonic Studio 3 and Sonic Radar 3!

    Gaming laptop ASUS GL703GS, with Windows 10 1909, still HDA no UAD drivers here.

    P.S.

    To solve UAC nagging requester on boot caused by SS3svc32.exe, only Sonic Studio 3 installation is strictly required. You can ignore Radar and FineTuning tool if you don't have them installed and don't use them.

    that's great solution mate, thank a lot. But I only reinstall Sonic Studio 3 and it works, is it strange ? And by the way does it conflict with previous when I reinstall ?
