SS3svc32.exe popping up on startup?

Hi all! So, for the past few days when I start my laptop the file SS3svc32.exe keeps popping up and trying to make changes. It pops up twice (I click no both times) and then stays away until next startup. I looked at the file location and it's with a program 'Sonic Suite 3' which I don't remember downloading and when I went to Apps in Windows Settings neither are listed. Is there a way for me to remove it? Thanks!

Wow, 8 pages of this.  

Did anyone ever think to go to the manufacturer of the motherboard and see if they have an updated audio driver?  Maybe one that fixes the problem instead of trying to find some wacky work around?  

I ask because I found this after deciding I had enough of that damned popup:

Now, I am no computer guru or anything, but I figured that someone, somewhere might have an actual fix for this problem since Microsoft doesn't fix problems with other people's software causing conflicts with theirs.  That's a long known truth about them.  So instead of trying to change registry values or downloading another program that "fixes" problems just do the simple thing folks.

That is *ONLY* for the Motherboard *I* have.  So don't go downloading the same one unless you have the same motherboard.  I hope this helps at least someone out there.

    No offense taken, but it is a solution in the sense that for those who are irritated by having to dismiss the two pop-ups everytime at startup, it is as you put it, a workaround solution to not have to deal with the pop-ups. I wouldn't trust doing this for a work PC, but my personal PC with not much personal information on it, it's a fine enough solution to the problem at hand (being irritated by pop-ups from the permissions).

    Please check if ss3 is running at all now, because I think that setting the exe as admin for all simply fails in running ss3 at all, and that's why you see no more UAC nag requesters...

    It's the same as removing it from auto-start and the predefined tasks from Task Scheduler in this case.

    See instead my above posts on how to actually run ss3 at startup as expected but without UAC, using task scheduler...

    Sorry but this won't solve anything: try to launch SStudio from Start menu and you'll see UAC pop-up again every time. It didn't happen before KB4517211 of course.

    Just to be clear and with no offense: there is no point in forcing an EXE to run as admin to bypass UAC request to run it as admin (!?): it simply can't be, if you know what UAC is and how security architecture in Windows 10 works. 

    Doing as you recommended probably simply fails to load SStudio3 on startup at all, which is not a "solution".

    It can be also extremely risky authorizing admin rights to a fake ss3svc32.exe malware this way.

    A safe workaround is simply to remove it from startup programs and create a Task Schedule, after you verified it's the original and safe ss3sv32.exe from ASUS/A-Volute. This is the clean workaround ATM to solve UAC at startup, at least.

    There is no definitive solution ATM to make SStudio work without UAC as before KB4517211 (and not only on startup) unfortunately and MS and ASUS didn't release a fix yet.
