Cannot print since latest Windows 10 update

Hi there,

One of our users can no longer print since her laptop got the most recent Windows 10 updates (her laptop is up-to-date as of this morning).

One of three things happens when she tries to print:

-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, nothing happens

-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, she gets an error saying there are no printers installed

-- The application does not show any printers

The printers are all showing in control panel.

It is not even possible to print to PDF.

I have tried restarting the print spooler service in services.msc but that hasn't helped.

Any advice?

    I have been in the same spot since last Friday!     So Far it has cost me $300.00 to find out it is not me it is the Windows update

    HELP!

    I have had LOTS of issues with these updates including no printing and my web browser crashing. I uninstalled the updates yesterday and everything was working then the new ones that were installed 10/8 and 101/9  recreated the same issues.  I have just intalled the two recent updates and now everything is working.  Let's hope that Microsoft gets this figured out!

    Stupid Question, when did the Two recent updates come out, because I was down again this morning and had to uninstall because I could not print

    Mine has been going on since last Friday 10/4
