There were some setup issue before, but I tried to play with my devices and checked instructions from the official page and all worked after I went through. I had to reset one of devices, as seem to stuck somewhere in the process. They recently added reset instruction so it greatly helped my last device to get connected. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/set-up-my-harman-kardon-invoke-with-cortana-f43e9a38-96b3-c3e1-ca09-ee8131a998aa
Harman Kardon Invoke Setup Failure
Hello
I've owned my Harman/Kardon Invoke speaker for almost 3 years now, and haven't had an issue with it until now.
It stopped working suddenly, and when I tried to reset it (by holding the mute button for 5 seconds) the speaker never finishes setting up. The Cortana device setup app says it's ready to go, but the speaker itself never says so, the light just keeps slowly blinking forever.
I've tried using different WIFI networks, re-installing the setup app, trying the setup on my phone, and I've even made sure all my software is up to date. I have a theory that the device can never be linked to my account for some reason, since it never shows up in the "My Devices" panel in my Cortana app.
If anyone has a solution to this, it would be much appreciated!

2020-12-12T13:43:34+00:00 your rebate depends on all your invokes being registered when you purchased them and not after a certain date that's on their rebate website.
I have 3 door stops(INVOKES) 2 that was registered within a month after purchaser ((when it first came on to market)), received rebates for both.
1 I tried registering After the rebate announcement ((that's when Microsoft decided to screw us Loyal and Die Hard Consumers) and they checked product registration and returned with a firm answer ((NO)).
You can only spend the rebates in the Microsoft store **And Rebates Expire**.
So better use it fast!!!.

2020-12-12T13:20:36+00:00 I did the same. Thank you to the original poster for suggesting an IOS 12 device.
On another note, I am trying to get the $50 offer for multiple Invokes I purchased. The first one was successful but Microsoft has been unresponsive to my requests for the remaining two speakers. I have submitted multiple follow-up emails with no success. I followed website instructions to the T. Any suggestions on what else I can do? Thanks.
