When it's fixed my Bitdefender will quit blocking it. Apparently it's a useless Microsoft file that is not needed or my computer would malfunction with it blocked. If your getting pop-ups, maybe get an anti-virus software like Bitdefender that works in the background without all of the annoying pop-ups.

Funny  why you say this iam currently using (the very best out there Bitdefender paid version) and iam getting this every once in awhile here it is copied for you to see

or you can open Edge... goto "...", "Settings" and unchock inline definitions for "Books".
