Hi, 

My anti virus software threw up the following:

Suspicious connection blocked

    • Online Threat Prevention

MicrosoftEdge.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to markets.books.microsoft.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since web pages must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.

When it's fixed my Bitdefender will quit blocking it. Apparently it's a useless Microsoft file that is not needed or my computer would malfunction with it blocked. If your getting pop-ups, maybe get an anti-virus software like Bitdefender that works in the background without all of the annoying pop-ups.

    So did you download and install the new Microsoft Edge latest browser?

    I downloaded MicrosoftEdge and have been trying to familiarize myself but I can't figure anything out. All the shortcuts on the taskbar are there but all the notifications and shortcuts that I had under the ribbon are gone and a quick look at favorite apps. are gone too. I think I'm going back to the Google Chrome Browser.

    Hi, thanks for the tip. I won't be able to see if my PC complied until Bitdefender has to block it again. Directions to do something were really easy for a change.
