My anti virus software threw up the following:
Suspicious connection blocked

MicrosoftEdge.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to markets.books.microsoft.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since web pages must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk.

When it's fixed my Bitdefender will quit blocking it. Apparently it's a useless Microsoft file that is not needed or my computer would malfunction with it blocked. If your getting pop-ups, maybe get an anti-virus software like Bitdefender that works in the background without all of the annoying pop-ups.
It's now mid April and they haven't fixed it as my Bit Defender just blocked it.
Download the new microsoft Edge browser and that will solve the problem.

It April now and I am getting the same message. Funny thing is I cant uninstall the edge browser which I never use but some how it pops up all the time regardless. I hate that Microsoft gets away with all this nefarious ****. Why should I not be able to uninstall their browser to begin with its the only browser that has this problem. If it was Firefox or google i could just uninstall the browser but because it Microsoft I cant?
