Unable to update 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x800f0831

As the title says.  I have tried downloading and installing manually and through windows update.  This will not install.  Any help?

    I couldn't even do anything with the Update Assisitant, I needed to reinstall my win. I didn't know I was gonna reinstall it, It just told me it would take a lot of time to update win10. Turned out it wanted to update TO win10... Or something like that. Never mind, updated to date in half or one hour so it was worth it. Nothing more to update right now.

    I used the page below after searching for Update Assistant for 1903 build. I thought I found it but as link shows it's not properly what I was looking for. Didn't lose any programs or files as far as I can tell after 10 minutes of random clicking.

    Posting only as a secondary solution. Thanks for the help, though. Especially to Al0923.

    Edit: Looking at it again, it seems like it was the Update Assistant in the end, it just took me too long to install and it wrote out inappropriate things. Nooo, not like that. Just things that didn't belong to an Update Assistant's mouth...

    Glad you got it updated. So it just blew past the 1903 and I am now on the 1909 win 10. No problems since for me with updates anymore!

    Well no idea how you got this KB4528760 installed. I have tries Windows update, update manually from Microsoft update catalog and I tried Update assistant. My version of Win 10 is 1909 already, the update assistant only says: thank you for updating to the latest version, but in my Windows update I keep seeing this:

    Yeah been getting the same issue, even had the update run when I was in middle of a game, and that causes a BSOD issue. 

    Tried the update several times, and a few different solutions. Now using update assistant and it looks like its just going to 1909, hopefully that does the trick, the last update for 1903 must be a real broken donkey! (kb4528760)

    So Update Assistant is telling me its having trouble determining if my PC can run windows10... sigh. Maybe 27GB is not enough disk space to do this update (that's what I have free). Error 0x80070003
