Is there an update to this thread? I still can't install KB4528760 manually or via Windows Update.

As the title says. I have tried downloading and installing manually and through windows update. This will not install. Any help?

I always receive an error code! 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4528760) - Error 0x800f0831. I have tried to install it through settings and manually. I have searched through many sites and suggestions and nothing works. It seems that many have the same issues but no resolution form MS! Can someone help me with this, please?

2020-01-26T20:16:20+00:00 I used Windows 10 Update Assistant and after a very lengthy download and install it updated me to the latest version of Windows 10 and everything is all good! No more updates are pending!
