As the title says.  I have tried downloading and installing manually and through windows update.  This will not install.  Any help?

    And the problem is back. My God, this is so tiring. What can this be and why doesn't Microsoft publish something about this?

    I did the same thing. I used the Microsoft Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant and it took a while to upgrade, but no problems since.

    Well, as nobody replied here and I got fed up with trying and searching, I have completely re-installed Windows 10. After installation all updates installed fine and my Problem is solved.

    Update, it appears now that my laptop can install hardly any update from Windows Update:

    But why not?? Does anybody know what is going on?
