Forza Horizon 4 keeps crashing on start.

Hi, yesterday I got the xbox gamepass for PC. The main reason for this was to get access to Forza Horizon 4, but when I finally downloaded it and tried to launch it, it didn't work. I've looked around on the forums and I haven't found any fixes yet. I tried uninstalling MSI afterburner, resetting my save data (didn't work cuz I had never played it before). I have a good enough pc: GTX 1050 Ti, Ryzen 5 2600X, 8gb ram, 500GB ssd, etc. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game countless times.

Nothing worked.

I tried disabling development mode in Windows Powershell. I tried going on an administrator account to try it on there, still didn't launch. I tried 

Installing the game on my laptop that I use for college. Same error codes, none of the fixes worked on there either.

Could anyone please help me with this? I'm tired of going through the same Forum posts.

    I used the Windows troubleshooter and it said "Apps that freeze or crash" but it could not find anything to fix

    Anyone figure out a working fix? The game only stays loaded for 15 mins tops than crashes.

    I just bought the game two days ago, and the first time I tried to run it; it closed itself  with the exact same error the OP had.  I closed my Logitech software, and tried again.  It worked, and let me play for a few hours.  Last night I tried to run it again, no good.  No matter what I tried (reboot, close Steam/Logitech/NVDIA experience) it would not run.  I even now tried WSreset.exe and that did nothing even after a reboot.

    Running as admin did not help; neither did using powershell to re-register Windows Store apps.

    Signing in and out of MSStore and the Xbox app did not work.  I ran Windows Update and it took several hours overnight to upgrade to 2004. Removed and readded Microsoft Store with powershell, no good.

    Did not fix the issue, though.

    I've tried resetting the app, signing out and signing back in; nothing has resolved the issue. The most annoying part is it ran once, and I was able to play for a long time. Neither getting a refund or reinstalling Windows(!) is a viable option.

    Like dude, this game is about 2 years old! Fix it already! I had experienced this when I am playing. I run this at minimum spec. I have a Ryzen 3 2200g with Integrated Vega 8 Graphics. I for some reason thought it was a cooling issue because my pc froze once when it hit 95 Celsius when playing The Crew 2. Since then however I fixed this issue by using better cooling. My CPU clock is stock. But my GPU is overclocked: @1500mhz.

    Hi. I have the issue everybody here is talking about. I wanted to try your sugestion...but I do not have the Nahimic service in msconfig services. I found that it is some sound thing that MSI and ASUS moved to from Creative Sound Blaster Cinema and that it is causing lots of problems in other games too...but as I said...I do not have the Nahimic in there.
