Forza Horizon 4 keeps crashing on start.

Hi, yesterday I got the xbox gamepass for PC. The main reason for this was to get access to Forza Horizon 4, but when I finally downloaded it and tried to launch it, it didn't work. I've looked around on the forums and I haven't found any fixes yet. I tried uninstalling MSI afterburner, resetting my save data (didn't work cuz I had never played it before). I have a good enough pc: GTX 1050 Ti, Ryzen 5 2600X, 8gb ram, 500GB ssd, etc. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game countless times.

Nothing worked. 

I tried using Event Viewer, these are the logs:

I tried disabling development mode in Windows Powershell. I tried going on an administrator account to try it on there, still didn't launch. I tried 

Installing the game on my laptop that I use for college. Same error codes, none of the fixes worked on there either.

Could anyone please help me with this? I'm tired of going through the same Forum posts.

    I have been having the same problem for 5 months now, sometimes it will launch after 5-6 tries.

    I've been having these same issues with forza for a while, if i look back at how its been since i've seen anything past the spasl screen it's been around june and july since i've actually gotten to play the game. I've done everything you can think of, although yes my pc is on the lower end on performance but i ran forza no problem at all at 60fps. As for all the solutions i've tried, everything any microsoft support has said to do hasn't worked for me. The only thing I haven't done is just wiping my pc and reinstalling windows 10, of which I'd rather not do because I have nowhere to move or store my files that i cannot lose. I even went as far as to discover forza is just application hanging for some reason but i can't figure out how to fix it. This isn't the first time it's happening to me either because the last time I had this problem i just reset the game and windows store but now that isn't working and amount of game patches or updates are fixing it. If anyone else here has ever had this problem please let me know what you've done, because I really miss playing forza.
