After upgrading my machine to Windows 10, 1909, the following window pops up every time I turn on my PC

HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

To remove the StartupCheckLibrary.dll error, first download Autoruns:

https://live.sysinternals.com/Autoruns.exe

  • Run Autoruns.exe as administrator.
  • In the Filterbox up top Enter: startupcheck
  • You should see a Task Scheduler entry:\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\StartupCheckLibrary
  • Right click on this entry and Delete.

...and that's the end of the error.

BTW Ignore any advice that recommends restoring this dll from quarantine. It's a CoinMiner and you really don't want it!

    But will it just remove the error message or will it actually solve the problem?

    This file should have some role in the windows startup process, but seems not essential one. After removing this, there was no difference except disappearing the error messag. In case you can not fix the problem through the official solution, you may try this.

    Hi, I have a similar issue. But the problem is, I have cleared the thread history and quarantine. So how do I restore the files.

    Idk if this is a coincidence or not but since that error, I've been noticing slow startup times :(
