Cannot download ANY app from Store. Error c101a006

Hi, I'm trying to download my apps before the store shutdown next month but I cannot download ANY app.

It shows an error with the code c101a006.

I was able to download any apps yesterday even without an email attached to the phone. Later I decided to restore the phone to the factory defaults before downloading the apps in anticipation to the Store being terminated. After the restore, I signed in with my email and for my surprise I can NOT download ANYTHING from the store.

There is some default app updates pending in the download section that also cannot be installed for the same reason, giving the same error code.

They start downloading but autocancels right after. When I tap then, they show the same error code.

I'm pretty sure the Store is not closed yet.

I already tried a lot of things that people suggest:

-Changing date+time to December 3rd of 2017

-Reset the phone (voldown+power)

-Restoring to defaults again

-Creating a new email

-Reflashed using Windows Device Recovery Tool

A lot of people already had problems with the Store not downloading apps, I also saw that some of them got this problem after factory resetting the phone just like me.

The problem in the link is not 1:1 but once I changed the date+time, I got the error above.

How are we supposed to download our apps before the Store shutdown in the next month, if we still have problems like this?

Can a representative take a look at these problems? Please.

    I have accepted the fact that Microsoft/Whatsapp don't care about the Windows users since they are very small in number. But THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT CUSTOMERS ARE CUSTOMERS AND THEY CANNOT BE PUT IN A LURCH LIKE THIS. BY JUST SENDING MESSAGES THAT WHATSAPP SUPPORT WILL END ON 31ST DEC 2019 FOR WINDOWS PHONE OR STORE WILL CLOSE BY SO AND SO DATE FOR WINDOWS USERS IS NOT ALL...THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLUTIONS PROVIDED TO THESE USERS (HOW MUCH EVER SMALL IN NUMBER THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN) IN THE GIVEN TIME FRAME.

    All of sudden Whatsapp stops working and you are not even able to export all the chat history that you had is ridiculous. I am sure there are solutions available but nobody cares to make them available.

    I DO HAVE A COMPLETE BACKUP OF MY WHATSAPP BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY GIVES A SOLUTION FOR READING A WINDOWS WHATSAPP DATABASE...EVERYONES INTERESTED IN GIVING SOLUTIONS ONLY FOR ANDROID/IOS. 

    ALL I WANT IS A SOLUTION TO READ THE WINDOWS WHATSAPP DATABASE BACKUP THAT I HAVE WITH ME SO THAT I CAN ACCESS TO THE CHAT HISTORY AND EXPORT IT SAFELY.

    I would be highly grateful if somebody can help me with the above.

    P.S: Its really disheartening that I will not be able to use my Windows phone any longer although I love it so much....very sad.

    Thanks for your revert. But this does not help me since I have a Nokia Lumia 630 running Windows 8.1. The above solutions are for Windows 10 phone. Also now there is no way of installing Whatsapp on Windows phone since it is not available at all. The only solution is if there is any utility to decrypt the Whatsapp backup database that I have.

    This was not a Whatsapp topic, but a Store topic.

    But when it comes to Whatsapp, maybe ask yourself why you use it in the first place ("everyone is on there" is not legit, if you want to reach truly everyone, use SMS). I don't want to use a service that does not deliver data portability. Whatsapp is really bad in this regard, even worse than daddy Facebook who at least has a mass data export option.

    Ditch WA, and never look back to it. I found Telegram to have the best data portability thanks to a good open API and many community made clients and connectors to other message services.

    Hi,

    Can anyone help me with a tool to access the system files of Windows 8.1 mobile (Lumia 630) such that I can access the Whatsapp database and be able to read it with SQL Lite or some other similar tool?

    OR a tool to decrypt the Whatsapp backup database created using the above?
