Cannot download ANY app from Store. Error c101a006
Hi, I'm trying to download my apps before the store shutdown next month but I cannot download ANY app.
It shows an error with the code c101a006.
I was able to download any apps yesterday even without an email attached to the phone. Later I decided to restore the phone to the factory defaults before downloading the apps in anticipation to the Store being terminated. After the restore, I signed in with my email and for my surprise I can NOT download ANYTHING from the store.
There is some default app updates pending in the download section that also cannot be installed for the same reason, giving the same error code.
They start downloading but autocancels right after. When I tap then, they show the same error code.
I'm pretty sure the Store is not closed yet.
I already tried a lot of things that people suggest:
-Changing date+time to December 3rd of 2017
-Reset the phone (voldown+power)
-Restoring to defaults again
-Creating a new email
-Reflashed using Windows Device Recovery Tool
A lot of people already had problems with the Store not downloading apps, I also saw that some of them got this problem after factory resetting the phone just like me.
The problem in the link is not 1:1 but once I changed the date+time, I got the error above.
How are we supposed to download our apps before the Store shutdown in the next month, if we still have problems like this?
Can a representative take a look at these problems? Please.

Unlike me, most people have not spent over 12 years helping out other users in forums like this on a strictly voluntary unpaid basis. If you deem a specific piece of advice irrelevant to you then just ignore it, others might find it useful.

2019-11-27T11:55:15+00:00 Too many words, suppositions etc.
The facts:
* for Win 8.1 users, the Store is practically closed, despite MS statements
* this c101a006 is a two weeks old error now (this time)
* since November 13, after 7 pages of messages & 6.3K+ views (on this thread only) etc, no word from MS
* the Store will be officially closed after December 15
With all these, all I want is the Store to work, like MS said. I want to be able to update/install apps on my Win 8.1 phone(s) from the Store until December 15; no matter if I want to install the Upgrade Advisor to 10 (the phone eligibility is my concern) OR a simple flashlight.

To resolve the problem with access to the Store without relying on Microsoft fixing it.
Besides, what's happen if I bought apps? Will MS refund'em?
Realistically for how long do you think apps supported only for WP8.1 and not for W10M will continue to work on a platform for which support officially ended back in July 2017 ? If developers decide not to update their apps for W10M would they not be the ones refunding you ?
Officialy, the Store must be up and running well until December 15. This is not my desire or my dream, this is a MS statement in October 2019 update. However, in fact the store is closed since November 13.
One of the solutions is MS to fix the Store and maybe to delay the closure of the Store as long as it was inaccessible.
The best solution is MS not to lie in statements or in facts. And not to swindle the customers, from time to time.
Fully agree with all these points, which is why I ditched Windows Phone over 3 years ago, when it became blatantly obvious how all this was going to end.
