Cannot download ANY app from Store. Error c101a006

Hi, I'm trying to download my apps before the store shutdown next month but I cannot download ANY app.

It shows an error with the code c101a006.

I was able to download any apps yesterday even without an email attached to the phone. Later I decided to restore the phone to the factory defaults before downloading the apps in anticipation to the Store being terminated. After the restore, I signed in with my email and for my surprise I can NOT download ANYTHING from the store.

There is some default app updates pending in the download section that also cannot be installed for the same reason, giving the same error code.

They start downloading but autocancels right after. When I tap then, they show the same error code.

I'm pretty sure the Store is not closed yet.

I already tried a lot of things that people suggest:

-Changing date+time to December 3rd of 2017

-Reset the phone (voldown+power)

-Restoring to defaults again

-Creating a new email

-Reflashed using Windows Device Recovery Tool

A lot of people already had problems with the Store not downloading apps, I also saw that some of them got this problem after factory resetting the phone just like me.

The problem in the link is not 1:1 but once I changed the date+time, I got the error above.

How are we supposed to download our apps before the Store shutdown in the next month, if we still have problems like this?

Can a representative take a look at these problems? Please.

    I was having the exact same problem with my lumia 640 the only solution i could find was to upgrade to Windows 10 which has the option to allow apps from unknown sources so you dont have to rely on the microsoft store

    This is how to upgrade to windows without using the upgrade advisor from the store:

    first download the over the cable updater tool from microsoft using the link below THIS MUST BE DONE ON LAPTOP/PC NOT YOUR PHONE

    follow the instructions in the OTC Updater ReadMe Final file and this will upgrade your phone to windows 10 

    Basically all you have to do is turn your phone to airplane mode and connect it to your laptop/pc  via USB and run the program (it takes quite a while and the phone will restart a few times)

    once you have window 10 installed here's how to get apps from other sources:

    From the start menu go to settings Select “Update and security,” and then select “For developers.” Activate the “Sideload apps”  (this is the same as if you select unknown sources on an android phone)

    As support is ending for windows phones next month i suggest checking for and downloading software updates as often as possible between now and 10th December 

    Hope this helps, because it looks like the stores not coming back
