Out of Windows 10 Minecraft redeem codes?

It took asking for an escalation (ie talking to a senior agent or whatever MS refers to them as) but it got pushed along and Minecraft was added to my account

This was the final email several days after the last escalation...

“ Good day! We have updated your game for minecraft windows 10. Please check the store page and install it. Please reply on this email once you have access the game. 

The license is already activated, so it should work now for you to access it. ”

where can I make that ?

Finally I got my code! After a month and after I contacted 3 supports, they gived me the code! Thanks God!

We cannot either generate code even if it is for Xbox One as we mentioned earlier, The reason why it is giving us an error apply the license of the game to your account is because your account doesn't have a Gamertag associated to it yet.
