My Microsoft Order is still Pending

So i ordered a Surface laptop 3 on December 1st, and I know that is black Friday so there were probably a lot of orders but i would love to have some sort of reassurance that my item will be delivered on time. It's been stuck in pending literally since i hit purchase and it says that the estimated delivery date is Dec 12, but that's in three days, and i highly doubt it'll get here by then if it still hasn't shipped. I have a trip to go on a few days after it's supposed to arrive and it would be nice to have my new laptop for it.

Why doesn't Microsoft do better with the orders page? It should tell you if there's an issue or if it's sold out or if there's just a high volume of orders and that it may not arrive on time. I'd feel much better if it just gave me something, like Amazon does. 

Anyway, is there any way to find out the true status, more than just a lousy "pending"? And maybe a eay to ensure it gets here sooner, like pay a little extra?

    To every one my order was shipped its not pending so if u get email from microsoft ur order was shipped that means ur orders on way

    Now if u have probs anyone please contact microsoft and I want say thanks to everyone calling I called to everyone if ur havin same issues call call call more people call more microsft will fix prob if still issues so call call call every customer this will help if isues when they get a high demand of calls that means they will start fixing prob more and more till no more this has gone on for years this problem has to be fixed callin callin callin they will not want lose all us as customers

    Only stated wat stated to show everyone we been waiting and with all calls we did we finally got some where so if u do end up like us waiting forever try calling get others to to it helps microsoft got to change thats wat this is bout to alot people been frustrated yes my orders now on way bout I beleive everyone calling me calling has help so if happens in future and ur order says pending and u get frustrated try callin and get other on it because my order said buy nothin do with pre order just like everyone else on here and if ur gettin a pre order it should state pre order because it makes mess like been for past month half to two months

    I've been tryin reply as fast can but not always on to help others others  have help me  on here to 100 percent respect people askinquestions 100 percent respect people answered mine when I didnt no 100 percent respect to everyone on here for wat there goin through and everything and 100 percent to those callin askin wat goin on and ill continue to help   anyone one I can so people no even when I get my controller ask questions to me ill get back to u all soon I can  no one deserves go through this and that is my point hopefully they fixed it all now and it won't continue but if doesn't more people call they will end up fixing it so people don't have be wonderin wats goin on
