I had ordered an Xbox controller on Saturday March 28, 2020. Its been 3 days and the orders still pending, but i’ve been charged already. I just want my controller man.

So i ordered a Surface laptop 3 on December 1st, and I know that is black Friday so there were probably a lot of orders but i would love to have some sort of reassurance that my item will be delivered on time. It's been stuck in pending literally since i hit purchase and it says that the estimated delivery date is Dec 12, but that's in three days, and i highly doubt it'll get here by then if it still hasn't shipped. I have a trip to go on a few days after it's supposed to arrive and it would be nice to have my new laptop for it.
Why doesn't Microsoft do better with the orders page? It should tell you if there's an issue or if it's sold out or if there's just a high volume of orders and that it may not arrive on time. I'd feel much better if it just gave me something, like Amazon does.
Anyway, is there any way to find out the true status, more than just a lousy "pending"? And maybe a eay to ensure it gets here sooner, like pay a little extra?

Same here, just put in an order for an Elite 2 and a headset, the headset showed up today by itself, had to check my order to see that the controller was still Pending. I think there are some delays going on with the controllers. If you look on the product page, the little blurb off to the side says "Get it as soon as April 21st". Be nice if they were a little more forward with that info lol of course they charged me for both up front, hopefully it's not that long of a wait!

2020-04-09T12:17:36+00:00 So, these support pages are circular, and it's one of the most frustrating things about any support website - one page tells you to go to another for help you need, then that page tells you to go back to the same page you were just on!!!!
ALL I WANT is to know why my order is still pending, to run it by an actual human (even a decent bot would do, come on MS, you're better than this!) and check that there aren't issues with the order I placed four business days ago for an in-stock product. Pretty frustrating to receive NO HELP.
