My Microsoft Order is still Pending

So i ordered a Surface laptop 3 on December 1st, and I know that is black Friday so there were probably a lot of orders but i would love to have some sort of reassurance that my item will be delivered on time. It's been stuck in pending literally since i hit purchase and it says that the estimated delivery date is Dec 12, but that's in three days, and i highly doubt it'll get here by then if it still hasn't shipped. I have a trip to go on a few days after it's supposed to arrive and it would be nice to have my new laptop for it.

Why doesn't Microsoft do better with the orders page? It should tell you if there's an issue or if it's sold out or if there's just a high volume of orders and that it may not arrive on time. I'd feel much better if it just gave me something, like Amazon does. 

Anyway, is there any way to find out the true status, more than just a lousy "pending"? And maybe a eay to ensure it gets here sooner, like pay a little extra?

    I ordered an elite series 2 controller and tomorrow marks the 3rd week in a row that its been saying pending. I just want my controller

    I ordered an xbox bundle aswell only a day or too ago but it is still pending I was wondering if they ever fixed it for you yet.

    I ordered an xbox bundle too last week and my order still says pending :/ I also got double charged for it where i had paid for it last week and this morning it took out another 200 for the same xbox, but only shows up as two separate amounts taken on my bank and not paypal or my order history on here. I don’t think i will be purchasing from here again any time soon :(

    Same here ordered Xbox bundle on April 10th and in email got told it would be estimated ti deliver on 14th April and i was looking forward to receiving my order, however its now the 15th and my order has been pending since 10th and haven’t heard anything from Microsoft, i understand with everything going on in world with this virus they may be low staffed and having difficulties with processing orders however an email explaining this to its costumers or a announcement on the website would help out alot of costumers questioning where their orders are. Hope this gets addressed shortly
