Missing search tab - File Explorer (Windows 10 - 1909)
Hello,
I have installed the latest update of windows 10 (home and pro).
Windows 10 Pro - 1909 (v. 18363.476)
Now the "search" tab is no longer in the folders and I can't clear the search history either. Where is this tab?!

2020-05-05T09:40:39+00:00 I have a similar issue with the file explorer search tool. Prior to the 1909 update I could search for files saved/modified on a specific date using the date modified option which gives a list of options. If I then clicked the date part in the search bar a calendar would appear and I could choose any date on which to search. That does not happen now and the only way I can complete this type of search is by manually typing the date (DD/MM/YYYY) into the search. I presume this loss of functionality is associated with the 1909 version.

2020-05-01T14:40:39+00:00 Feedback hub is rubbish and will not install on my PC, which is a brand new build of 1909. Other reviews claim that Microsoft don't look at it, and is just a black hole.
I have to agree with you. It is a black hole. It is a wasteland and unfortunately it's nothing more than a graveyard for good ideas from end users and a venting spot with a glimmer of hope for people looking for solutions.

2020-05-01T14:30:56+00:00 It is an utter mess. Yes it comes up when you start a search, but I want to search for empty folder, and so you have to do a fake search to get the search options up, then when you search for folders it works, but when you search for empty folders, it does not find anything at all, when I know there are dozens there. Like Apple after Jobs, Microsoft after Gates is always cutting corners.
