PC won't boot after lastest Windows 10 update

Hi,

Since I updated Windows 10 a few days ago my computer won't boot. It displays the Lenovo logo screen, but doesn't go any further. It doesn't load any Windows screen for me to attempt recovery environment.

I don't know how to recover it. Can you help?

    Finely dumped the computer and Windows and went with Apple.

    Richard, there used to be two reasons to by Apple but they're not so well built anymore - nonetheless, they are much, much more stable. If you can afford it, if you don't want to worry about crashes and BSODs, you did a great choice.

    I just wanna tell you that if you had important things in your old PC, they're probably still in your HDD/SSD.

    I own Apples, but only the ones with the multicolored logo! Those I can fix with a simple soldering iron and some eBay parts!

    I just got the 1909 update, restarted my pc and now it won't even POST.  Can't even get to the BIOS to switch to use a USB stick to try a repair.  All I get is a blank screen with a non moving cursor in the top left corner.  Tried shutting in off 3-4 times 

    • no change.  What can I do in this scenario?

    That's crazy, I've only bricked an Xbox One S with MS' "updates", and five, six rebootable W10 reinstalls. Someone has to take charge of the update division at Microsoft, and of course they should reimburse or flash your HW. Are you sure your Components don't have any dualbios systems for these situations? All newer Maknboard and GPU should have this Implemented these days.

    I agree... and it was not a switch I wanted to make. But as a business consulted I needed my computer to work. I did not lose any valuable info as I pulled the hard drive and set it up as an external hard drive and migrated all the files into the cloud (now it doesn’t matter what computer, tablet or phone I use). No longer fighting with unresponsive and screwed up MicroSoft Windows issues. Stress level significantly reduced.

    Everyone has same problem. It has cost me 20 hours, a computer, and I cant complete senior project.

    Microsoft provides the least customer support of any company I know of. Why dont they offer free help for problems they create? If I want to buy something, I get a human immediately. Aggravating beyond belief!
