Hi,

Since I updated Windows 10 a few days ago my computer won't boot. It displays the Lenovo logo screen, but doesn't go any further. It doesn't load any Windows screen for me to attempt recovery environment.

I don't know how to recover it. Can you help?

Thanks

    Hi LD

I put my laptop into a small computer shop. It took them two week's to sort it out.

Apparently, the latest W10 hadn't downloaded correctly, so they sorted that out and now the laptop boots up much faster.

    Hi Kat

I ended up taking my laptop to a small computer repair shop. They said they would have to unlock the laptop. what ever that means. It took them 2 weeks to achieve their goal but it now works perfectly.

Apparently windows 10 was trying to update to the latest software, unsuccessfully.

i am currently in the same stiuation as the OP to this thread. A lenovo and the THinkPad screen just keeps flashing off and on. Ive gone thru all the menus i can get to but nothing that is helpful. My computer did an update last nite before i went to bed and this morning i woke up to the flashing screen.

has anyone found a safe website to create a jumpdrive install from? Please and thanks!
