Hi,

Since I updated Windows 10 a few days ago my computer won't boot. It displays the Lenovo logo screen, but doesn't go any further. It doesn't load any Windows screen for me to attempt recovery environment.

I don't know how to recover it. Can you help?

Thanks

Thank you very much for the solution. It worked perfectly.

He had been trying to fix it for several days. In my case, it was not possible to boot from USB or DVD either. Therefore, I could not attempt a system repair or reinstallation.

I just updated my Lenovo Computer today to Windows 10 v2004.   Big Mistake.   After update and restart my computer is hung up just showing the Lenovo logo and won't go any further than that.

Thanks Microsoft!     A little help please!!!

Hi Ken! I had the exact same problem and I managed to fixed it just now. As mine has Secure Boot Disabled in BIOS. Enabling it solved the problem for me.

Is Microsoft doing anything to diagnose the problem ???

Any new updates to solve these bugs??

I had the same issue atleast thrice but somehow it booted back

but how can I be sure that it won't happen again??

Please give us a proper solution by releasing a new update solving all the bugs in this current update!!

I have had exactly 2 assists from this company over the last 20+ years. Once a tech suggested I use malwarebytes to take care of a problem and the other was to delete an update non compliant with  one of their built ins.  on this...not a darned thing.  from time to time I still have to remove the battery from my laptop and reinstall it to get it to work, someone out there smarter than me will have to figure it out,
