System wide stuttering in latest install of windows after a fresh install

Hello,

I recently built a new computer and installed windows 10 on it. After I the first hour or so I started experiencing a system-wide stuttering. It happens while I play games, it happens while I watch Netflix, and it is happening while I type this. It makes any kind of media playback worthless. The audio and video are both effected during the stutters which last less than a second but occur about every 1-2 seconds. I have fully updated all my drivers including the bios, altered power settings, and other things mentioned in some of the older posts on this topic. I've included this snapshot of my setup since it seems to be a popular request on the older forums at least. I am wondering if there are new solutions since none of the ones that have been mentioned in the past have been helpful.

Another thing i did was run it in RAID mode over AHCI. That might help. Try it out before anything.

    I am considering replacing the one I have because it got bad ratings, but it was part of a bundle so it was worth it if replacing it actually works. I haven't looked for long, but I started noticing that everyone who is experiencing these issues and have posted their hardware has an MSI motherboard. I have till the 31st of January to replace it for free (from Amazon) so I may try to upgrade while I still have the opportunity.

    Damn man I've had mine since like september i think. So no stuttering but I broke my sound. There's no sound anymore lmao

    Hmm... Well try downloading Live Update 6 and scan your hardware. If anything is out of date on your motherboard, including the audio driver, it should fix it. You could also try driver booster for peripherals. I am still not really experiencing any major stuttering although for about 1 second it did, but not again since.
