Another thing i did was run it in RAID mode over AHCI. That might help. Try it out before anything.

Hello,
I recently built a new computer and installed windows 10 on it. After I the first hour or so I started experiencing a system-wide stuttering. It happens while I play games, it happens while I watch Netflix, and it is happening while I type this. It makes any kind of media playback worthless. The audio and video are both effected during the stutters which last less than a second but occur about every 1-2 seconds. I have fully updated all my drivers including the bios, altered power settings, and other things mentioned in some of the older posts on this topic. I've included this snapshot of my setup since it seems to be a popular request on the older forums at least. I am wondering if there are new solutions since none of the ones that have been mentioned in the past have been helpful.

2020-01-14T15:34:08+00:00 I work long hours and my apartment office is usually closed when I get home. I picked the package up from them this morning and will install it tonight. I also ordered new RAM because I do not know what is causing the issue. I noticed that turning the computer completely off for about 30 seconds and back on usually clears the problem so that I can game without interruptions for up to 5 hours. However, if i restart it the problem does not go away. I also have an extra M.2 drive that I may use to install windows on to see if the drive is the issue. I have a 650W PSU which I thought might be the problem, but it sounds like you are getting plenty of power and still having the issues. Ill let you know how the motherboard install goes.

2020-01-14T03:31:24+00:00 I initially went with the G. Skill Trident Z then I thought it was the RAM that was causing the stuttering. Then I went and got Corsair Vengeance PRO 32gb kit but the stuttering still occurred. The new PSU didn't solve any of my issues.
I also went to Best Buy today because they had the same motherboard there. I haven't installed it yet because I'm super fatigued from work and trying to figure out this headache with the PC.
How'd the install go?
