The last time I contacted MSN for Premium support I called 800-642-7676 and when I got the automated response I said "MSN" and it directed me a rep who was familiar with Premium. I am currently having trouble that when I sign in to Premium I have the folders for mail, etc. at the top but it is an msn.com website not msn.explorer ... It then opens an additional msn.com webpage that is being pulled from the Edge browser ... I uninstalled and reinstalled Premium but it returns and forces an update for Msn.6 which gives me the above problem .. After more than 10 years with Premium I think I'm just about finished with it .... The same problem I am having is appearing on other Microsoft Forum websites with no resolution ... Good luck
MSN Premium still using MSN Explorer
When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

2020-11-12T02:11:30+00:00 I tried the 800-642-7676 number and after many disconnects, finally got through to an "MSN subscription services"
portal that put me on hold. For 40 minutes I listened to mind numbing computer "music" of 3 or 4 bars of repetitive junk and finally hung up. I have been with MSN since 1995 and have seen their support disintegrate until now there is none. As with all the social media and main stream media, our country is slowly (perhaps rapidly) descending into third world status.

2020-11-12T02:25:53+00:00 I called and got through too....the system allowed me to put in my phone number and they called be back in 90 minutes. The level 1 person put into the queue to the advanced team who took over my computer and ran some tests and changed some settings. No, they have no timeline for the upgrade for MSN from Internet Explorer to Edge - which will fix all of the problems. I also asked if he would bring it up to the higher-ups to give us a discount of some sort for the time we have had to suffer through MSN being so difficult and awful.

2020-11-12T14:01:39+00:00 My feeling is that MSN no longer wants to invest in the email side of the business, and I too have been a customer since since the mid 90's. Since they are throwing their brand cuistomers to the curb, instead of telling us they no longer are interested or that they no longer want to compete, they are forcing their clients to go elsewhere and taking their losses as a tax write off. Its not rocket science to convert from Explorer to Edge.
