I was an MSN Premium subscriber for at least 19 years. MSN had my credit card and billed for it every month. I loved the software . Then one day I was just denied access. I would click on the butterfly and nothing would happen. I , too, tried everything to no avail. I finally gave up and switched to Outlook using Edge. I kept my MSN mail but Outlook is not nearly as good as MSN Premium was. It almost looks like they are trying to drive away customers.
MSN Premium still using MSN Explorer
When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

I'm not aware that anyone is billed monthly for the MSN premium. It's a piece of ****, but it is working (somewhat).

it seems like that may be asking too much or they would have done it by now.
My bill is due next month. I don't know yet what to do.
