When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

Well said BarryMpls . I have followed this thread since the first of the year and being a 10+ years MSN Premium subscriber was interested in the outcome .  Experiencing problems during this time and attempting numerous calls and troubleshooting procedures I have decided to fold my tent and go home .   I allowed my subscription to expire this month .   It's unfortunate it had to be as I really enjoyed the aspects of the software but it appears that due to financial considerations or others that it is not going to  be updated to work with existing platforms .  I recently had a problem with a competitive browser, posted a question on their forum and within 30 minutes a company tech was responding with suggestions and contact information .  I have not seen that here .   So I wish you all the best and some measure of success with your endeavors ....

Today my email started working this morning. Those in India tried to blame my 2 computers, but that was BS. It was too coincidental that both computers are having the same recoveries and the same loss of connectivity to the email. The email is now working intermittently . As I told India, they have problems with their servers.

Having  the  same  disconnect  problems.  When  I  do  get  a  technician, (many  do  not  know about   MSN  Premium so  they send  me  'upstairs') I  have  heard  all  the  excuses -Windows Updating, problem  with  PCs, weak  signal-but never  about  an  aged  system  that  has  not  been  upgraded  in  years, and  I also  have  been  a long  term  customer  and  user, but  I  have  come  to  the  conclusion  that  they  want  to  die  of  customer  attrition , and as  long  as  we  pay  the  59.95, they will  gladly  take  it  without  an  Edge  Upgrade  or  servicing  their  community  website. I  have NEVER  had  any  indication  that  anyone at  MSN  reads  these  posts let  alone  responds. Wonder  if  cnet  would  consider  a deep  dive  investigation  about  the  state  of  things.

For years, I was a loyal MSN Premium user.  I religiously paid my $$$ every month for it.  Then, I started having one difficulty after another because of the lack of updating to use Edge.  So, about 3 months ago, I stopped paying my monthly fee for MSN Premium.  Guess what ... nothing happened!  I still have my email username @msn.com.  I made the switch to Outlook and Edge , retyped my Favorites in Edge, and forced myself to be happy with it.  For my money, MS can stick MSN Premium where the "sun don't shine."  Give it up, quit paying them for nothing!

Amen brother ..   You will always keep your msn.com email ..  With Windows 10 I use the Live email app with outlook as my default account and it notifies me whenever I get email or notifications  ....   Very friendly user interface
