When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

Don, you will also lose access to any MSN email folders on your computer which you created.  Exporting them only permits importing them to another computer with MSN!?!?!

True. See if those old messages are still on the server. Sign in to https://outlook.live.com and look for them. If they're there now, they will be there after you leave MSN.

Here's an article on searching on a number of criteria

All of my stored mail is kept on the MSN cloud, so if I were to tell MSN where to head-in, I'd lose those.  No, I'm stuck to continue paying them annual blood money for such an inferior, out of date product.

Watch -- When and if MSN fixes Premium it probably will be without your favorite thing.  I like the layout of the email.  Lay money that the fix lwill ook like something else, probably Outlook.  Bummer.

I have been watching and reading the various comments and complaints in this thread and agree with all that has been said.  I do doubt that MSN reads these, in what I considered to be very measured problems that we are all having with MSN Premium, and we are all obviously their brand, long term customers.  Because I now get so many warnings from so many sites that they no longer use Explorer, I have to go into my Outlook which has Edge to communicate, and for which I pay.   And what is more infuriating is that MSN themselves recommend EDGE when I go into the MSN landing page, and that Explorer will no longer be serviced.   In addition, staff at Microsoft stores frequently don't know that MSN Premium even exists. And yes, Outlook won't allow me to export my Premium files unless I am exporting to another MSN account.  And like all of the posts on this thread, I like the email and file formats, along with the butterfly, easy download, but have to deal with so many dropped sessions--and always wonder when MSN wants me to report the problem--who reads that stuff or how is it used to improve service.  So, if there is anyone in the Premium universe:  HELP

So MSN Premium Team, these are the messages I am getting more frequently now.  When can we expect PREMIUM to upgrade and give us a modern browser?

"If you're still using Internet Explorer, it's time to let go. With the launch of Windows 10, Microsoft officially stopped developing new features for its once-flagship browser and is now delivering only security patches intended for use at large organizations with custom apps that require the old browser for compatibility reasons"
