When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

My MSN Premium, like yours, is continually booting me and I must go to Edge or Chrome to access my email.  It appears that MSN cares not about us.  I have been subscribing to MSN since the late '90's, my entire family has msn.com email addresses.  MSN was free for many years, then gradually began charging and now, for us, is up to $49.95 a year.  For that price they do offer tech support (to unreliable techs in India) and some email perks such as automatic cloud keeping of all emails received and sent, which is very convenient when encountering computer problems or changing or upgrading computers.  One feature of MSN Mail that I have always used is the option to also store emails in folders on my computer which facilitates accessing certain emails.   Having all email automatically stored by MSN in their cloud is a feature I would like to keep and so am ambivalent about renewing.  I realize that storing email in any cloud is almost the same as opening it to the world, but knowing that NSA records all email in their Utah computers anyway, so what?  Still hoping for an update to integrate MSN Mail with Edge rather than Explorer.

    Merry Christmas

I absolutely agree, Russ.  I wonder if the guys at MSN pay any attention to this board!  If they do, and I want to repeat; due to the content hassle and bullcrap MSN puts us subscribers through, the LEAST they should do if to give us a cash-back for the years we've been subscribers while this 32bit piece of garbage has NOT been properly or professionally updated.

I understand that this is probably not the place, but is there anyway to get an answer from Microsoft regarding the MSN Explorer problems, preferably in writing and from a source with some credibility (i.e., not a verbal statement from a low level agent in a third world country.)
