When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

I do use  Mircorsoft Edge on Outlook.  It is not compatible with MSN Premium email.  That's the problem.  MS has not upgraded MSN Premium to work with Microsoft Edge.

If you mean that www.msn.com is freezing, Edge should have no trouble

    with msn.com.

    Try:

    1. F5 to refresh the page

    2. Clearing cached images and files maybe once per day

    3. Closing all Edge processes and getting a fresh start

I agree with all of these points.  And bears repeating, more and more media are NOT allowing the use of Explorer, AND its my understanding that MSN has

ceased servicing Explorer as of March 15, 2021.  It also bears repeating the MSN keeps encouraging to switch tyo Edge, but has done done so with its own

Premium.  If we can find a vaccine to counter COVID in ONE year, it seems that MSN can certainly updgrade its Premium since Edge was introduced several years ago.
