When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

I absolutely agree, but when I got Windows 10, I got Microsoft Edge, so I have it.  When you download MSN it includes an old version of Explorer, which it needs to operate.  I don't know to get every aspect of MSN to relate solely with Edge.  These days more and more websites do not function properly using the MSN browser.  I have to cut and paste to Edge or Firefox.

Not only should they lower the damn yearly price for those of us who want to continue to use this lousy program, but we deserve a rebate on past problems.

Yeah I am getting sick of the constant shutdowns too and telling me to upgrade to Microsoft Edge, although I do have that Browser on my PC.

I think Microsoft is stringing us all along for the 59.95 struggling with software that no longer fully functions  adequately with WIndows.

Still waiting for Microsoft to upgrade Windows/MSN software to Marry each other sufficiently If they are going to CHARGE us $59.95 every YEAR for it.

I think there are Moderaters here but noone in COrporate to address our real issues here, we just keep going round and round asking the same questions . This is totally not fair to the Consumer.

Microsoft, how about a Resolution ?

Hear Ye.  Microsoft took one of the best email services, MSN Premium, downgraded it to MS Outlook, and abandoned those subscribers with MSN Premium.
