FUNNY, YOU CAN'T REPLY TO THIS USING MSN! I HAD TO COPY AND PASTE INTO EDGE.
I'm not aware that anyone is billed monthly for the MSN premium. It's a piece of ****, but it is working (somewhat).

When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

2021-06-21T21:34:26+00:00 I was an MSN Premium subscriber for at least 19 years. MSN had my credit card and billed for it every month. I loved the software . Then one day I was just denied access. I would click on the butterfly and nothing would happen. I , too, tried everything to no avail. I finally gave up and switched to Outlook using Edge. I kept my MSN mail but Outlook is not nearly as good as MSN Premium was. It almost looks like they are trying to drive away customers.

2021-06-19T18:54:27+00:00 Amen brother .. You will always keep your msn.com email .. With Windows 10 I use the Live email app with outlook as my default account and it notifies me whenever I get email or notifications .... Very friendly user interface

2021-06-19T18:10:40+00:00 For years, I was a loyal MSN Premium user. I religiously paid my $$$ every month for it. Then, I started having one difficulty after another because of the lack of updating to use Edge. So, about 3 months ago, I stopped paying my monthly fee for MSN Premium. Guess what ... nothing happened! I still have my email username @msn.com. I made the switch to Outlook and Edge , retyped my Favorites in Edge, and forced myself to be happy with it. For my money, MS can stick MSN Premium where the "sun don't shine." Give it up, quit paying them for nothing!

When I do get a technician, (many do not know about MSN Premium so they send me 'upstairs') I have heard all the excuses -Windows Updating, problem with PCs, weak signal-but never about an aged system that has not been upgraded in years, and I also have been a long term customer and user, but I have come to the conclusion that they want to die of customer attrition , and as long as we pay the 59.95, they will gladly take it without an Edge Upgrade or servicing their community website. I have NEVER had any indication that anyone at MSN reads these posts let alone responds. Wonder if cnet would consider a deep dive investigation about the state of things.
